PRIDE month in Gauteng

Three pride events are lined up in September through to early October.

The first event will be Ekurhuleni Pride which will take place on 22 September. The venue will be Bahama Park; Kgaswane Street in Kwa-Thema, from 10:00 to 17:30.

The second Pride event is Soweto Pride on 29 September will be at Credo Mutwa Park from 10am-6pm.

The big Pride event is Joburg Pride on 6 October at Zoo Lake Sports Club. The gates will open at 8:00 with the official parade commencing at 11:00. Like every year Joburg Pride promises to be a day filled with fun: live entertainment, stalls, beer garden and lots of goodies up for sale.

Health4Men will  be attending all three pride calendar dates and MSM (men who have sex with men) will be able to get sexual health information from trained professionals, free lube and condoms and also make use of the free HIV screening (with counseling)  services at all three events.
