Michael Ballack Farewell Game anouncement

The goodwill ambassador for UNAIDS, Michael Ballack has decided to use the platform of his official Farewell Game, which will be held in Germany on 5 June to raise funds and awareness on HIV and AIDS. The game will be internationally televised.



In January 2013, Michael visited South Africa on a mission to raise awareness on HIV and AIDS. During the trip, he had the opportunity to visit different health clinics and projects and learn about some of the challenges people affected with HIV in South Africa faces. Health4Men at Yeoville clinic was one of the organisations that Michael visited.
